Storybook Purchase Agreement

This Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") describes what you are purchasing when you buy a StoryKeeper storybook. It applies to one‑time purchases only.

This Agreement supplements the Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service control.

1. What You Are Purchasing

When you make a one‑time purchase of a StoryKeeper storybook, you are purchasing a service, not a pre‑existing good.

The purchase includes the right to generate one storybook using a storybook credit, as well as the right to record one session.

A storybook credit may be used to generate a storybook from:

• an existing recording session, or
• a recording session created after purchase.

There is no guaranteed order between when a recording session occurs and when a storybook credit is used.

The service is delivered digitally.

2. Nature of the Service

StoryKeeper provides a creative, technology‑assisted service that processes user‑provided content to produce customized outputs.

For purposes of delivery and completion of the service:

• the service is considered delivered when storybook generation begins, not when a recording session occurs; and
• a recording session alone does not constitute delivery of the purchased service.

Because each storybook is created specifically for you, the service cannot be resold or reused once generation has started.

3. What the Storybook Includes

A completed storybook may include:

• You may choose if content used to generate a storybook comes from a recording session conducted before or after purchase
• Written narrative text generated from recorded content
• Illustrations or visual elements generated or assembled by the Service
• A compiled digital format suitable for viewing, sharing, or printing

Exact formatting, length, and presentation may vary.

4. What the Storybook Does Not Guarantee

StoryKeeper does not guarantee that:

• Outputs will be free from errors or omissions
• Outputs will meet any specific subjective expectations
• Outputs will reflect events exactly as remembered by all parties

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing or relying on them.

5. Delivery Timing

Delivery timelines may vary depending on processing time, content length, and system availability.

We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

6. Pricing and Taxes

Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.

Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.

7. No Subscription

This purchase is a one‑time transaction.

It does not create an ongoing subscription or recurring billing obligation.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
