Refund Policy
Last updated: Jan 13th 2026
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available for StoryKeeper’s one‑time purchases.
This Policy supplements the Storybook Purchase Agreement and the Terms of Use.
1. General Principle
StoryKeeper provides personalized, made‑to‑order services. Once work begins, the service cannot be resold or reused.
As a result, refunds are limited.
2. Before Storybook Generation
If you purchase a storybook but have not yet generated a storybook, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
A story recording session may occur before or after purchase, and the timing or existence of a recording session alone does not determine whether the service has been delivered.
Refunds requested after this period may be denied.
3. Storybook Credits and Service Delivery
A storybook purchase includes the right to generate one storybook using a storybook credit.
- A storybook credit may be used to create a storybook from an existing recording session or from a session recorded after purchase.
For purposes of refunds and cancellations, the service is considered delivered when storybook generation begins, not when a recording session occurs.
4. After Storybook Generation or Delivery
Once storybook generation has started—or a completed storybook has been delivered—the purchase is non‑refundable, even if:
- You are dissatisfied with stylistic or creative aspects
- Outputs do not match personal expectations
5. Errors or Technical Failures
If a technical error on StoryKeeper’s side prevents you from reasonably receiving the service (for example, a failed recording or corrupted output), we may, at our discretion:
- Re‑run the service, or
- Issue a partial or full refund
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at:
Email: storykeeper@yuja-labs.com
Include your purchase details and reason for the request.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
